■We want to shorten the drying time for metal parts From O Company, a metal parts manufacturer: "After washing the work (complex-shaped metal parts), we dehydrate them in a centrifuge, but the drainage is poor. Based on this discussion, we proposed and delivered a small parts dehydrator. 【POINT】Unique operating program ■ We proposed a unique operating program that differs from the conventional method of dehydrators. The drying time was reduced by 34%. The metal parts we examined were small, about 2 to 5 cm, and we felt that: "Isn't there a lot of residual moisture even after applying centrifugal force?" To reduce the residual moisture, we proposed a unique program that allows for special movements in addition to the normal operating method.
